Lining Board
Lining Board are critical wear-resistant components for large-scale industrial equipment such as ball mills, vertical mills, crushers, and dryers. They primarily serve to protect equipment shells and key load-bearing areas, mitigate material impact and abrasion, extend service life, and enhance production efficiency. Depending on specific operating conditions and equipment requirements, liners can be manufactured from various wear-resistant materials—including high-chromium cast iron, high-chromium cast steel, multi-alloy steel, high-manganese steel, and low-alloy steel—to meet the demands of complex environments in industries such as mining, cement, power generation, metallurgy, and building materials.
Liners made of high-toughness high-chromium cast iron, standard high-chromium cast iron, and high-chromium cast steel feature high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and strong resistance to spalling. They are ideal for high-wear applications—such as ball mill shell liners, end liners, and vertical mill liners—effectively reducing wear rates and extending replacement intervals. Liners made of multi-alloy steel, medium-chromium alloy steel, and low-alloy steel offer a balance of high wear resistance and impact toughness; they are suitable for large ball mill partition plates, grate plates, and various mining mill liners, enhancing overall toughness and operational stability while maintaining wear resistance.
For wet grinding and high-impact applications, liners made of high-manganese steel (Mn13) and alloyed high-manganese steel offer excellent work-hardening capabilities; their surface hardness increases rapidly under intense impact, allowing them to withstand continuous impact loads. These materials are widely used for liners and grate plates in wet mining mills, as well as for wear-resistant components in crushers, such as jaw plates, hammer plates, and impact plates. Meanwhile, low-carbon high-alloy steel liners combine high strength and wear resistance with good weldability, making them suitable for large dryer blanking plates and critical wear-prone areas of heavy-duty equipment.
The company employs advanced casting processes, heat treatment technologies, and rigorous quality inspection systems to ensure that its liners offer superior wear resistance, impact toughness, dimensional precision, and long service life. We offer a comprehensive range of specifications and provide customized design and manufacturing based on specific equipment models, material characteristics, and operating conditions, delivering stable, efficient, and cost-effective wear-resistant liner solutions for the mining, cement, power, and metallurgical industries.
