These highly wear-resistant castings are manufactured from alloy steel with an ultra-high manganese content, representing a high-performance material developed specifically for environments involving large-scale equipment, high-strength loads, and severe impact-abrasion. By increasing the manganese content and optimizing the alloy composition, the product achieves superior work-hardening capabilities and impact resistance.
During operation, the surface of the casting rapidly hardens upon impact, forming a highly wear-resistant layer, while the interior retains excellent ductility and toughness; this results in a "wear-resistant-as-it-wears" characteristic.
The product is ideally suited for large-scale mining and heavy-duty crushing equipment, capable of withstanding high-energy impacts and the demands of continuous, long-term operation.
