The alloy high-manganese steel hammer head for large-scale crushers is a high-performance, wear-resistant component designed specifically for heavy-duty crushing equipment. It is manufactured using premium high-manganese steel reinforced with alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and nickel. Through advanced casting and heat treatment processes, the product achieves a combination of high toughness, superior impact resistance, and excellent wear resistance.

These hammer heads are primarily used in large-scale hammer crushers, ring hammer crushers, and heavy-duty crushing production lines. During operation, the hammer heads are subjected to high-speed rotational impact forces and repeated abrasion from the material being crushed; the high-manganese steel material utilizes work-hardening properties to increase surface hardness, thereby effectively extending the component's service life.

Produced via integral casting, the hammer heads feature a dense internal microstructure and excellent fracture resistance, enabling them to meet the demands of continuous, high-load operation in large-scale mining equipment. They can be customized according to specific equipment models—including dimensions, weight, mounting configurations, and alloy formulations—to suit various crushing conditions.
