High and ultra-high chromium alloy cast balls for mining are a high-performance wear-resistant material used in the field of ore grinding. They are mainly used in large mining ball mills, semi-autogenous mills (SAG Mills), mineral processing equipment and other working conditions. This product is made of high-quality alloy materials and manufactured through advanced casting technology, heat treatment technology and strict quality control processes. It has high hardness, high wear resistance and excellent impact resistance, and can meet the needs of long-term, high-intensity continuous grinding operations in the mining industry.
High-chromium alloy cast balls use chromium as the main alloy strengthening component. By optimizing the carbon-chromium ratio, a large number of high-hardness carbide structures are formed inside the ball to improve the wear resistance of the grinding ball surface. During the grinding process, cast balls can effectively resist the impact and wear of ore particles, reduce ball consumption and improve grinding efficiency. Ultra-high chromium alloy cast balls further increase the chromium content and alloying degree, with higher hardness, lower wear rate and longer service life. They are especially suitable for grinding environments with higher hardness ores such as iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, lead-zinc ore, and molybdenum ore.
This series of products usually adopts heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering to achieve a uniform and stable metallographic structure of the cast balls and avoid breakage and deformation problems caused by uneven internal structures. At the same time, the product can provide different specifications, sizes and hardness levels according to customer equipment type, ore hardness, grinding process and other needs, including Ф20mm, Ф30mm, Ф40mm, Ф50mm, Ф60mm, Ф80mm, Ф100mm and other specifications.
